I chose La Quinta for its convenient location near Miami International Airport, but the excellent customer service and free shuttle pleasantly surprised me. The complimentary Bright Side Breakfast was a great start to each morning, offering a variety of delicious options.
Exterior needs remodeling, loud A/C.

staying at La Quinta Inn was very good. the staff are super nice and VERY helpful. the room is spacious and comfortable with two queen size beds, and the clean, partially renovated bathroom had clean white towels and sheets. the hotel is pet friendly and located in a safe place near the airport, with easy access to car hire rentals and restaurants.

The rooms were updated and clean with comfortable beds, and the hotel staff provided great dining recommendations. Convenient location next to Wendy's and Mac Donalds.
Felt welcomed into the family, nothing too much trouble.

During our stay at the hotel, we found the bed to be comfortable and the room was nice enough. The location was convenient, with many options nearby. The breakfast staff, particularly the lady, was very kind and supportive. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and we loved the vibrant purple wall in our room. The pool was just the right size and provided a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The quality of our stay was excellent, with amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a spacious breakfast area offering a variety of options. The hotel also provided convenient 24-hour reception and complimentary airport shuttle services. It was the perfect accommodation for our family trip before heading to the Caribbean.
The major downside of our stay was the front desk staff. Upon check-in, we were completely ignored by the staff, including Paula and Luis, who were on the phone and made no effort to acknowledge us.

the room was clean and comfy, and the hotel is close to public transportation and many eateries. we found out the public transport is free until june 1st. it's also neat how the room had a microwave and the hotel offers a free shuttle service.
